Renewrank is a client-side tool that computes break-even arithmetic on lease data you provide. All processing happens in your browser. No data is uploaded, stored, or shared.
Renewrank does not create user accounts, profiles, or sessions. It does not store lease data, rent rolls, or personal information. All entered data exists only in browser memory for the duration of the page session and is permanently deleted when you close the tab or refresh the page.

Renewrank does not accept or process demographic data, resident-level data, or any input that could act as a proxy for a protected class under fair housing law. You agree not to submit such data. The tool ranks leases and units, not people.
